Pemberton's Trade Receivables strategy aims to provide financing to global supply chains by investing in short-term trade obligations linked to accounts receivable and accounts payable derived from domestic and international trade. Pemberton aims to develop long-term relationships and become an established partner to global supply chains by enabling firms to optimize the management of their cash and working capital. The strategy provides institutional investors with attractive risk-adjusted returns from a globally diversified, stable and low-duration portfolio.

The strategy will invest in assets which are:

  • Derived from long-term relationships between large multi-national vendors and pre-approved obligors;
  • Acknowledged and confirmed by the ultimate obligor; and
  • Backed by an Irrevocable Payment Undertaking provided by the ultimate obligor.

This strategy is managed by Phil Ashdown and Holger Beyer, and we are currently raising capital.
